There’s no denying that sometimes dressings get a bad name because they’re so heavy in fats and carbs. Well have no fear, this light, sweet, and tangy Skinny Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing is so light but flavorful you’ll be adding it to all your favorite salads.

Not only is it super light and macro-friendly, but it’s incredibly easy to make. Literally takes less then 5 minutes and you just mix everything in one bowl! Plus, it makes plenty to store in the fridge for later so you can enjoy it all week long.

Pair it with your favorite salad like my Simple Salad with Goat Cheese or use it as a delicious sauce for your favorite protein. It’s so good with some blackened chicken tenders or chicken nuggets!

Ingredients and Substitutions

  • Greek Yogurt – I used nonfat to lighten the calories but 2% or whole milk all work great, just make sure it is plain!
  • Dijon Mustard – I love using grainy dijon mustard but use your favorite.
  • Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Garlic

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Dressing is meant to be tangy like mustard, but if it’s too tart for your liking, add another tablespoon of honey or another sweetener of your choice (stevia, granulated sugar, agave, etc.)

  • Chicken nuggets – Panko Baked Chicken Nuggets, Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Nuggets, Greek Chicken Bites

  • Chicken breast – Crispy Healthy Chicken Schnitzel, Air Fryer BBQ Chicken

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (112g)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard (60g)
  • 2 Tbsp honey (63g)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (30g)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
