There’s no denying that sometimes dressings get a bad name because they’re so heavy in fats and carbs. Well no fear, this light, sweet, and tangy Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing is so light but flavorful you’ll be adding it to all your favorite salads.
Not only is it super light and macro-friendly, but it’s incredibly easy to make. Literally takes less then 5 minutes and you just mix everything in one bowl! Plus, it makes plenty to store in the fridge for later so you can enjoy it all week long.

- Greek Yogurt – I used nonfat to lighten the calories but 2% or whole milk all work great, just make sure it is plain!
- Dijon Mustard – I love using grainy dijon mustard but use your favorite.
- Honey
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper

- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Dressing is meant to be tangy like mustard, but if it’s too tart for your liking, add another tablespoon of honey or another sweetener of your choice (stevia, granulated sugar, agave, etc.)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (112g)
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard (60g)
- 2 Tbsp honey (63g)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (30g)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30g)
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (30g)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
