Hey there!

I’m Lauren and I’m obsessed with coffee, chocolate and cookies. I love warm weather, long walks, cloudy days and creating/playing around in the kitchen.

I want to show that you can achieve your health and nutrition goals in an approachable and sustainable way, and that comes from having easy-to-make meals with variety and incorporating foods you love!

I’m married to my best friend, Simon. We have two dogs *children* – Finley and Cookie. They’re our babies!

Past Career

Before transitioning to full time blogging, I was a nurse with college degrees in Nursing and Exercise Science.
