About This Recipe
One of the BEST ways to elevate any salad or sandwich is by making your own homemade salad dressings! They’re easy to make, take minimal ingredients but will taste 1000x better than any store-bought salad dressings. Plus, they’re way healthier because they are made with real ingredients and don’t include any preservatives or chemicals typically found in store-bought versions.
This dressing is lightened up to only 82 calories per serving! A few of my favorite salads to pair it with are my Simple Salad with Goat Cheese and Cranberries, Fall Harvest Salad with Pecan Crusted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes, Spinach and Berry Salad, or Balsamic Chicken and Strawberry Salad! This dressing is also great for adding extra flavor on any sandwich, wrap or panini. You can also use it in pasta salads!
Best of all, this creamy dressing can also easily double as a marinade or sauce topper! I love to top on cooked chicken or pork tenderloin for an easy meal prep protein option during the week to add mad flavor! You can also use them to flavor your vegetables!
