This Creamy Balsamic Dressing is the easiest, best homemade dressing that is lightened up and made with only 6 simple ingredients! It's perfectly sweet and tangy and will take any salad or sandwich to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise (80g)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (60g)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (30g)
  • 4 tsp olive oil (20g)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a bowl or jar. Whisk (or shake) until all ingredients are mixed together well.
  • Keep stored in an airtight container or jar in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

To make vegan: use vegan mayo
To store: store leftover dressing in an airtight, sealed container (or mason jar with a lid) in the refrigerator. This will keep and fresh and delicious!
This easy salad dressing will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. If the dressing separates, just shake well to redistribute all the ingredients!
