- Oil and Vinegar – I use red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil
- Chicken Broth – low-sodium or whatever you have on hand!
- Spices and Seasonings – oregano, pepper, salt (omit if using regular chicken broth)
- Garlic – garlic powder or cloves work!

Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juiced (60g)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (60g)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60g)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth (60g)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 salt – omit if using regular chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
