Once you try this delicious dressing, you’ll never buy another bottle from the grocery store again.

This dressing is the perfect addition to my Easy Greek Salad recipe, or use it as a delicious marinade for your favorite protein!

Ingredients and Substitutions

  • Lemons – I always use fresh lemons, but you can use lemon juice in a pinch!
  • Oil and Vinegar – I use red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil
  • Chicken Broth – low-sodium or whatever you have on hand!
  • Spices and Seasonings – oregano, pepper, salt (omit if using regular chicken broth)
  • Garlic – garlic powder or cloves work!

Store in an airtight container or mason jar with a lid in the refrigerator. This will keep and fresh and delicious!

How long does this dressing last?

It will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You will just want to give it a good shake just before serving.

Can I use this dressing as a marinade?

Yes! This works fantastic as a marinade! It makes the most perfect and simple marinade for chicken specifically!
