You're favorite Greek salad just got taken to the next level! Try this easy and light Greek Salad Dressing recipe! Less than 70 calories per serving but packs ALL the flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced (60g)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (60g)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60g)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth (60g)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 salt omit if using regular chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
