Light, easy to make, but packed with flavor this salad will be perfect for an easy lunch or weeknight meal. It works great as a side item and as an entree salad as well! I love eating a huge serving of this Greek salad for lunch with Greek Chicken Bites, Balsamic Grilled Chicken or some easy air fried Salmon. It is hits the spot every time!
This salad would also be the perfect side dish to bring to your next cookout, dinner, or get together. I have found that Greek salad is one of people’s favorites! It holds up well in the fridge for a few days when you wait to put the dressing on, so it’s also great to prep in advance for easy lunches all week. - Vegetables – cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumber and bell pepper!
- Cheese – I used fat-free Feta for a macro-friendly option but use whatever you have, or omit cheese for dairy-free!
- Olives – I always use pitted Kalamata olives for ease!
HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY GREEK SALAD RECIPE
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
If serving immediately for a crowd, toss with salad dressing. If planning to eat the salad the next few days or to make it last longer, store dressing separately and add when ready to eat.

Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine, chopped (270g)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (149g)
- 1 cup red onions or pickled red onions, thinly sliced (100g)
- 1 medium cucumber, quartered (180g)
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced (150g)
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved (45g)
- 1/2 cup fat free feta (56g)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
- Add Light Greek Dressing (or your favorite salad dressing) when ready to serve.
Notes
