Ground beef is such an easy protein to have on hand and you can literally do just about ANYTHING with it! Burgers, tacos, casseroles, pizza and more! These Healthy Ground Beef Recipes are perfect for weekly meal prep or last-minute dinner inspiration!

I just love ground beef! There’s so many great ways to use it and it freezes great so I can always make sure I have some on hand. Plus, it’s nutrient-dense, packed with vitamins and minerals (like iron!) and can be cheaper than chicken or pork.

I personally love the taste of ground beef but if beef isn’t your thing or you’re looking for a leaner option, you can always swap for ground turkey or ground chicken in most of these recipes!

Most of these healthy ground beef recipes are written using 96/4 lean ground beef. However, you can use any type of ground beef you prefer (just be aware it might change the pre-calculated macros a bit). You can also sub most of these recipes for ground turkey or ground chicken if you prefer.

Ground beef is nutrient-dense protein that provides numerous essential macro and micronutrients. It’s a great source of healthy fats, complete proteins, B vitamins, and zinc. It is also a great source of iron.
