Oreo Cream Filling

Creamy, chilled Oreo filling, with crumbled up Oreo cookie in each bite! Not only is this version insanely healthy, macro-friendly and guilt free, but it is also the EASIEST dessert to whip up!

Do you ever find yourself just wanting to lick the insides out of all the Oreos?!

I feel like Oreo’s are one of those foods that I always see people eat differently.

Some people open them up, lick the cream, then eat the cookies. Others just get out all the cream they can before throwing the actual cookie out (my brother….y’all)
Some people break in half, eat the cookie side, then save the cookie and cream side for last (this is me – best part for last am I right?!)
Other people just pop the while Oreo in their mouth at once! This is Simon all day.

Regardless of how you eat your Oreo, I think we can all agree that the creamy filling inside the Oreo is the best part.

Now you not only get that creamy sweet goodness, but you get to eat an ENTIRE BOWL OF IT.

  1. I am obsessed with oreos! This is the perfect treat that you can throw together in seconds and get in so much protein too!

  2. This sounds so amazing and its been on my list to try for a while now, but is there anything I could use because the oreo crust to make it gluten free? Could I use gluten free oreos without the filling and weigh them out? Would macros be similar you think?

  3. I just started prep and this is going to be a staple for me until my carbs get too low! Gotta love a high protein dessert!

  4. Love this stuff! I eat Greek yogurt at night before I saw this but this had made it so much more enjoyable! I like that you can switch around the pudding flavors as well so you don’t have to have just Oreo!

    • Hey Rachael, I’m not sure what you mean by cookie. This is an Oreo pie crust (standard size) found in the baking aisle!

  5. Can you use this and put it into an oreo cookie pie crust? and what would the calories be? I’m really wanting it as a pie but I want to keep it low calorie.

    • Oh yes!! Most definitely, that would be AMAZING I am sure. To find out the calories, you would just add the total calories of this to the pie crust, and divide that by however many slices you cut it into!
