About This Recipe

If you’ve been on the hunt for a satisfyingly creamy and filling healthy breakfast option that’s also packed with protein, then look no further! This fruit parfait makes such an easy breakfast recipe that you can also enjoy for snack or dessert.

To make this healthy greek yogurt parfait, we’re laying thick and creamy greek yogurt with fruit.

Fresh or frozen work for these parfaits, just remember that frozen fruit will have some extra juices with that might mix with the yogurt. But that could also be really yummy just depending on what kind of parfait you are going for!

Plus you’ll love how east this greek yogurt parfait is to customize and switch up. Use your favorite store bought or homemade granola (I love my Honey Granola Almond).

Then add any fruit you are feeling that week! You can even add your own additional toppings. Try topping with coconut flakes, chocolate chips, a drizzle of honey or peanut butter. Or even adding some chia seeds for some added crunch and a boost of dietary fiber!

And if you love how easy these meal prep parfaits are, check out my Jello Yogurt Bowl or Protein Fluff for more high protein sweet treats!

Why You’ll Love This Greek Yogurt Parfait

  • Perfect to prep ahead for grab and go or busy mornings.
  • Three ingredients needed – just yogurt, fruit and granola!
  • No-reheat recipe – no reheating required, so perfect for on the go.
  • Protein-packed, macro-friendly breakfast or snack. Healthy, nutritious and filling!
  • Super customizable – add your favorite granola, fruit and any extra toppings you like!

Ingredients and Substitutions

Ingredients for meal prep yogurt parfaits.
  • Yogurt – I used vanilla Greek yogurt. Plain greek yogurt, regular yogurt, or dairy free yogurt also work. Use your favorite type of yogurt here.
  • Fruit – You can use any fruit you want! I am using fresh blueberries and mango here. Strawberries. blackberries and raspberries would all be amazing!
  • Granola – I am using my Honey Almond Granola, but again, any granola works here so get creative! Chocolate granola, blueberry granola… there are so many awesome possibilities!

Switch It Up: Flavor Combos

  • Mixed berry – Pair blueberries, strawberries and raspberries with mixed berry granola.
  • Apple Cinnamon – Dice up some apples and top with Apple Cinnamon Granola. You could even stir some liquid stevia and cinnamon into the yogurt!
  • Peanut butter – use peanut butter granola and/or add a big dollop of peanut butter on top with any fruit of choice!
  • Tropical – use mango or pineapple with coconut granola and/or coconut flakes on top!
  • Chocolate raspberry – use fresh or frozen raspberries and top with chocolate granola plus chocolate chips.

How To Make

  1. To four mason jars or containers of choice, layer the yogurt and fruit (1 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup mango, 1/4 cup blueberries each). (Instead of a mason jar, you could also use stemless wine glasses or any other tyoe of glass cup).
  2. Add the granola to a separate container or ziploc bag to add to the parfaits when ready to eat (so it stays crunchy!)
  3. Store parfaits in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Granola can be stored in the fridge or at room temperature.

How To Store

Cover parfaits with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 4-5 days.

  • Glass Regular Mouth Mason Jars, 16 oz Clear Glass Jars with Silver Metal Lids
  • Wide Mouth Glass Jars with Lid & Seal Bands, 16 oz – 6-Pack Quilted

Store leftover granola in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature.
