Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (112g)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard (60g)
  • 2 Tbsp honey (63g)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (30g)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Notes

Dressing is meant to be tangy like mustard, but if it's too tart for your liking, add another tablespoon of honey or another sweetener of your choice (stevia, granulated sugar, agave, etc.)
To store: Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge. As long as the yogurt is fresh, dressing will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Always give dressing a good stir/shake after sitting for a while before using.
