These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites are sweet, chilled, bite-sized balls of edible cookie dough made with healthy ingredients and packed protein!
1/4cup+ 2 Tbsp cashew butter (84g)can sub for any nut butter
1/2cupvanilla protein powder (62g)
1/4cupoat flour (28g)
1/4cupsugar free pancake syrup (60g)can sub pure maple syrup if preferred
1Tbspgranular sweetener (12g)monk fruit sweetener, Swerve, Truvia, etc.
1tspvanilla extract
1/8tspsalt
1/4cupmini chocolate chips (60g)
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined and cookie dough like consistency. It takes a while for all the dry ingredients to mix in, but if you find its still too dry, add 1 tsp of milk at a time until desired consistency.
Roll into balls.
Store in freezer for 15 minutes. Keep stored in the fridge or the freezer. I recommend the freezer because they only need a few minutes to defrost!
