This Honey Mustard Salmon & Broccoli is the best quick, feel-good weeknight dinner! It’s super easy and hands-off to make and is packed with so much health! Plus, the whole family will love this one, even my toddler ate this up!
Broccoli: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and grease a large sheet pan.
Add the broccoli and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated. Spread into an even layer and roast for 12–15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender.
Salmon: Turn the oven to broil (550℉) and position a rack about 6 inches from the top. Lightly grease a sheet pan or line with foil (you can reuse the broccoli pan once it’s out of the oven).
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on the sheet pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the honey and Dijon. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the glaze over each salmon fillet, brushing it over the tops and sides.
Broil for 7–9 minutes, brushing with a little more glaze halfway through, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the salmon with the roasted broccoli, drizzle with extra honey mustard if you’d like, and enjoy 🤍
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in the air fryer or in a skillet over low heat to avoid drying out the salmon.
