This Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes is the kind of dinner that feels fancy but is secretly so easy. Juicy steak and crispy potatoes cook together on one pan for a hearty, comforting meal that’s perfect for those nights when you want a satisfying dinner without a sink full of dishes.
**Dinner rollsoptional for serving with (or without) garlic butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet.
Add the potatoes and green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated, then spread even. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and push the vegetables to the sides to make room for the steaks.
Turn the oven to broil (high). Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the center of the baking sheet. Broil, flipping halfway through, until cooked to your liking:*Rare: about 3 minutes per side*Medium-rare: about 4 minutes per side*Medium: about 5 minutes per side(Still varies on thickness; steaks will continue to cook slightly as they rest.)
Meanwhile, mix together the garlic butter ingredients.
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and loosely tent with foil. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly against the grain for the most tender bite. Serve steak with the roasted vegetables, plus garlic butter and rolls if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
Like your steak more done? Thinly slice it first, then toss it in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes, or do a quick pan sear or broil until it’s just right for you.
