Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh sliced strawberries 2 cups
  • 12 oz. fresh blueberries 2 cups/1 pint
  • 6 oz. fresh blackberries 3/4 cup
  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries 3/4 cup
  • 2 Tbsp honey (42g)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (30)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves optional to garnish

Instructions

  • Rinse the berries and drain well.
  • Layer a few paper towels on the table to spread the berries out to dry. Gently blot to make sure they’re dried well (so the honey dressing shines through!) Slice the strawberries and place all the berries in a large bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  • Pour the honey lemon dressing over the fruit and toss to evenly coat.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Keep covered and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
