Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (120g)
  • 1/4 cup light cool whip (18g)
  • 2 Tbsp light cream cheese spread (31g)
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar (12g)
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract optional
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry preserves (20g)
  • For serving: Strawberries, cinnamon chips, graham crackers, pretzels, Nilla Wafers, etc.

Instructions

  • Combine the Greek yogurt, cool whip, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth.*
  • It's best to chill before serving (1-2 hours, or longer in the fridge), but it's not a must.
  • When ready to serve, add a spoonful of strawberry preserves and swirl into the dip.
  • Serve with strawberries, graham crackers, cinnamon chips, pretzels, etc. for dipping and enjoy!

Notes

*If you're using block cream cheese that's not soft enough, you might need to blend it with a hand mixer to achieve a smooth consistency.
Makes about 3/4 cup total
