These Breaded Chicken Parmesan Wraps are the perfect quick and easy high-protein meal! Juicy, crispy breaded chicken is coated in marinara sauce, melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and wrapped in a warm tortilla for a tasty twist on a classic Italian favorite.
1/2cupmarinara sauce (120g)warmed, plus more for serving
1/2cupgrated parmesan (56g)
1/2cupshredded mozzarella (56g)
Italian seasoning & black pepperto taste
2burrito size10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
Air fry the chicken at 390 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Let cool for a few minutes when done then slice chicken into smaller pieces.
Add the chicken, marinara sauce, grated parmesan and shredded mozzarella to a bowl. Season with a little Italian seasoning and black pepper to taste. Toss together.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and place on a plate. Microwave for 30 seconds.
Lay both tortillas out. Divide chicken parmesan mixture between the two. Fold the sides in, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
If you want to get the sides toasty, heat a skillet over medium heat and once warm, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with more marinara sauce to dip if desired and enjoy!
