This Peanut Butter Fruit Dip is an easy-to-make dip that’s perfect for pairing with crisp apples, juicy strawberries, or even a handful of pretzels. Made with just a few simple ingredients you can whip up this this sweet snack to satisfy your sweet tooth in just a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz. container Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder (16g)
  • 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (8g)
  • 2 Tbsp lite cool whip thawed
  • Dash of cinnamon more if desired
  • 1 packet stevia or sweetener of choice to taste

Optional for serving:

  • Apple slices, pear slices or other favorite fruit
  • Mini pretzels, graham crackers or teddy grahams

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and freeze for 20ish minutes to thicken.
  • Give it a good stir then transfer to a small serving dish. Drizzle a little honey on top if desired.
  • Serve fruit dip with sliced apples for a tasty high protein snack and enjoy!

Notes

You can store this dip in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
