Ingredients

  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 oz. sliced ham deli or leftover
  • 8 oz. sliced turkey or more ham
  • 4 oz./4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1.5 Tbsp melted butter (22g)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar (18g)
  • Raspberry or strawberry jam for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch dish with nonstick spray.
  • Slice rolls lengthwise with a large serrated knife separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the greased dish.
  • Layer the turkey, ham, cheese, and then the tops of the rolls.
  • Brush the egg and melted butter all over the sliders. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Check frequently at the end and cover with foil if rolls are browning too quickly.
  • Slice into individual sliders and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with jam if desired and enjoy!

Notes

For the most elevated sliders, Bonne Maman raspberry preserves pairs amazing for dipping but of course use your favorite! Use sugar-free if needed.
*Jam for dipping is not included in the nutrition (left it this way so it was easier to make your own but I do highly recommend it!) Even a tiny bit elevates it so much!
