These Healthy Chickpea Blondies are out-of-this-world delicious! They're super easy to make, made with wholesome ingredients and only 100 calories per bar. They will quickly become your new favorite healthy treat!
1/4cupalmond butter (56g)I used American Dream Nut Butter Bundle up Blondie
1mediumripe banana (120g)
1/4cupsugar free maple syrup (60g)
1tspbutter extract
1/4cupprotein powder (31g)I used PEScience vanilla
1/2tspbaking soda
2tbspmini chocolate chips (28g)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F and spray 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until smooth. Remove the blade and stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Add batter to baking pan and spread out evenly. Then sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
When done, let cool, then keep covered and stored in the fridge. They taste best the next day when the flavors come together!
