Delicious buttery noodles in just 15 minutes!! These Buttered Noodles with Parmesan are so simple and make the perfect easy side to pretty much anything, Even the most picky eaters will love these, a great one to have in your back pocket!
2Tbspfreshly chopped parsleyor 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Freshly cracked ground pepperto taste
Instructions
Fill a large pot with water. Add the salt and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Then reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid and drain the noodles. Add the noodles back to the pot.
Add the butter and Parmesan and stir until the butter has melted. Stir in half of the pasta cooking liquid or until desired consistency. Then stir in the chopped parsley. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and serve!
Notes
To make gluten-free: use gluten-free noddles.To make dairy-free: use dairy-free butter and dairy-free cheese (or omit).
