These Healthy Ham and Cheese Sliders are definitely a crowd pleaser! Everything you love about classic ham and cheese sliders but lightened up a smidge! This slider recipe will quickly become your new (old) favorite!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine the poppy seed sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Slice rolls lengthwise with a large serrated knife separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the layer of bottoms into the prepared baking pan.
Top the rolls evenly with the ham, turkey and cheese.
Spread mayo on the cut side of the tops. Close rolls with tops. Brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle evenly with poppy seeds.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops of the rolls are lightly toasted.
