Ingredients

Ham and swiss sliders:

  • 12 sweet hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 9- oz. good quality honey ham
  • 6- oz. good quality turkey
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayo (60g)

Poppy seed sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp butter (30g) melted
  • 1.5 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine the poppy seed sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Slice rolls lengthwise with a large serrated knife separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the layer of bottoms into the prepared baking pan.
  • Top the rolls evenly with the ham, turkey and cheese.
  • Spread mayo on the cut side of the tops. Close rolls with tops. Brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle evenly with poppy seeds.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops of the rolls are lightly toasted.
