These easy Seared Garlic Steak Bites (Air Fryer or Skillet!) are out-of-this world flavorful and juicy and ready in just 12 minutes! Perfect to throw in tacos, bowls, salads, wraps or simply enjoy with your favorite sides. Seriously the easiest way to cook steak!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sirloin steak
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnishing

Instructions

  • Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, toss steak with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated and set aside.
  • Bring a skillet to medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray (or oil if preferred). When warm, add steak. Cook for 7-8 minutes for well done steak, stirring a couple of times through. Or, cook until your desired internal color/temperature.
