Crispy Salmon Caesar Smashed Potato Bowls are a fresh, satisfying twist on a classic Caesar salad! Crispy smashed potatoes, seasoned salmon, crunchy romaine, Parmesan, and a creamy high-protein Greek yogurt Caesar dressing come together for an easy, flavor-packed meal.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add the potatoes to a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently smash each potato using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, season the salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Air fry or bake until cooked through and flaky.
To make the dressing, whisk together the Greek yogurt, parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Add water as needed until smooth and drizzleable.
Assemble bowls with chopped romaine, crispy smashed potatoes, salmon, parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Finish with lemon wedges and any optional toppings.
Notes
These bowls are best enjoyed fresh, but you can store the individual components separately for meal prep.Store the cooked salmon and smashed potatoes in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Store the chopped romaine separately to keep it crisp, and keep the dressing in a separate container until ready to serve. To reheat, warm the salmon and potatoes in the microwave or air fryer. For the best texture, I prefer reheating the potatoes in the air fryer or oven until crisp again. Assemble with the fresh romaine, Parmesan, and dressing just before eating. The Caesar dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days. You may need to stir in a splash of water or lemon juice before serving if it thickens in the refrigerator.
