These Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Tacos are packed with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and a creamy ranch-flavored filling. They’re easy to make and baked until perfectly crispy and golden in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 street-size flour tortillas
  • 2 oz. light cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded chicken (172g)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon (17g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese (28g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the cream cheese, greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl. Then mix in the chicken, bacon and shredded cheese.
  • Grease a baking sheet (or line with parchment paper). Lay tortillas out.
  • Scoop 2-3 Tbsp chicken mixture and spread onto one side of the tortilla. Repeat for all the tortillas. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Fold tightly securing with a fork.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until toasted to liking.
  • Serve with ranch dressing, salsa or hot sauce if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store leftover tacos in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
Freeze: Let cool to room temperature first. Then place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (or plate) and place in your freezer to freeze for one hour. Make sure the tacos are not touching so they don’t freeze together. Then transfer to a freezer-safe ziploc bag. Tacos stay fresh in the freezer for 3 months.
