This Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette is a fresh, fruity dressing that adds a pop of flavor to any salad. Made with sweet, juicy blueberries, tangy balsamic vinegar, a touch of honey, and a hint of lemon. It’s the kind of dressing that instantly elevates any summer meal!
To a small blender or food processor, add the blueberries, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and garlic. Pulse/blend until well combined.
Taste. Season with a tiny pinch of salt and pepper, or to your taste. Add more honey or any other ingredient as needed.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Will keep fresh for 5-6 days stored airtight in the fridge. Natural oil separation will occur, just give it a good stir before using.
