Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz. container vanilla Greek yogurt, whole milk (150g)
  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (70g)
  • 3 oz. light Cool Whip whipped topping

Instructions

  • Whisk the Greek yogurt and pudding mix together until combined. Mix in the cool whip.
  • Chop berries into smaller pieces, then gently fold in. Transfer to a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes to chill and thicken before enjoying (or, keep stored in the freezer until ready to eat and take out and to defrost 20-30 minutes before serving) and enjoy!
