These Buffalo Chicken Dip Lunchables are the perfect way to enjoy your favorite game-day dip in a fun, packable meal! This easy, protein-packed snack box includes creamy, cheesy buffalo chicken dip paired with crunchy dippers for a balanced and satisfying bite.
Add the chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce and green onions to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Divide and scoop the buffalo chicken into four microwave-safe containers (240g each).
Cut the cucumber into slices (peeling it first if you like). Divide the cucumber, tortilla chips and carrots between the four containers. Store chips in a ziploc bag to keep crispy (and the veggies too if you’d like for easy removal).
When ready to eat, remove chips and veggies and microwave buffalo chicken dip for 1:30-2 minutes or until warmed to liking. Stir well to mix the melted cheeses.
