Celebrate Valentine's Day with these Mini Strawberry White Chocolate Pies! These easy no-bake treats are made with crisp graham cracker crust, a creamy, protein-packed white chocolate filling and topped with fresh strawberries and white chocolate drizzle!

Ingredients

  • 2 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 2 Tbsp light cream cheese spread (30g)
  • 2 Tbsp any milk (30g)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix (2g)
  • 1/2 cup light cool whip (40g) softened
  • 4 large strawberries (100g) halved & thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp white chocolate chips (15g)
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, milk, protein powder and pudding mix to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk if needed.
  • Mix in the cool whip.
  • Divide the mixture between the two mini crusts. Gently place the sliced strawberries on top.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave and drizzle over the pies.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour then enjoy!

Notes

Protein powder can be omitted. It does add some sweetness to the pies, so depending on how sweet you like things you may need to add a little sweetener. Taste the cool whip mixture after blending and add sweetener as needed (*any sweetener will work though powdered sugar or liquid stevia will blend in the best)
