Craving a fun, protein-packed lunch that's both delicious and easy to make? These high protein Pizza Dip Lunchables are the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of pizza in a portable, snackable form.
4mini naan, naan dippers or pita bread (cut into small triangles)
Side salad, carrots, or sweet baby peppersoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread triangles on a baking sheet. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray, toss with the bread and spread out. Also, place four oven-safe dishes on the baking sheet.
Add cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in the grated parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Divide cottage cheese mixture evenly amongst the four dishes for the first layer. Smooth the top.
For the next layer, spoon 1/4 cup marinara sauce into each. Then top each with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and 5 pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with toasted bread + extra parmesan if desired and enjoy!
