Ingredients

  • 1 frozen overripe banana (100g)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (80g)
  • 1 Tbsp granola butter (15g) or peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon + pinch salt
  • 7-8 small ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Sweetener of choice optional

Optional to top:

  • Granola, cinnamon, brown sugar, banana chips, chopped walnuts, etc.

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add any sweetener if needed to make it more sweet (I like using a few drops of liquid stevia).
  • Pour into a glass, top with toppings if desired and enjoy!

Notes

For the most banana bread flavor, freeze your banana after it’s overripe and brown all over. Peel and slice and throw in a ziplock bag. It will have the best natural banana flavor and sweetness this way!
