Instructions
Whisk the Greek vinaigrette ingredients together and set aside.
To a large bowl or salad spinner add all the ingredients and toss to combine. You can go ahead and toss with the Greek vinaigrette if you’re serving for a crowd, or store in a separate container to drizzle with when ready (salad will stay fresher longer this way).
Serve as a side or add chicken or another protein to make a complete meal.
