Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and add any sweetener if needed (I like using a few drops of liquid stevia). Add more coconut cream or milk to make it thinner; add more frozen fruit to make it thicker.

Notes
Tips- frozen fruit works best for this recipe to keep the smoothie thick without adding ice. Whenever you have ripe bananas, slice and freeze for this recipe!
