1/2cupunsweetened almond milk (120g)or any milk of choice
1/3cupgreek yogurt (80g)plain or vanilla works
3Tbspvanilla protein powder (22g)
1Tbspsugar-free pancake syrup or pure maple syrup
1Tbsporange zestor try lemon zest, 2 Tbsp orange juice or 1/4 tsp orange extract
1tspchia seeds
1/2cupsliced mandarin orangessliced, fresh or canned
Instructions
To a mason jar, meal prep container or bowl, add all the ingredients (save half of the mandarin oranges for topping) and mix well to combined. Then top with the remaining oranges.
Cover with a lid or saran wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. For best, creamiest results, let sit for at least 8 hours.
