This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cake is THE most popular recipe from my very first cookbook - All Things Sweets! At 105 calories per slice (and with 9g of protein each!), it's ridiculously easy to make is the PERFECT combination of peanut butter, chocolate, and fluffy cake! 😍👏🏼
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
In a medium-size bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk well to combine.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix to until everything is mixed thoroughly (I used a hand mixer for this). Then stir in 2 Tbsp of the mini chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the dish. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of chocolate chips.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once done, take out and let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
