These Strawberry Bliss Balls are the most marvelous summer treat!!🍓 They are light but substantial, perfectly sweet, and *almost* too pretty to eat! Great for a pre-workout snack or snacking on-the-go, they're super easy to make and have over 4 grams of protein per ball!
Add all the dried strawberries, syrup, and nut butter to a food processor and pulse until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) and mix until all ingredients are combined well.
Using your hands, roll into 14 balls (or however many you wish). You can dampen your palms with a little water or nonstick spray to help prevent sticking.
Roll balls in shredded coconut.
