Sometimes simple is truly the best! The Crispy Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries are so good and ONLY 3 ingredients!! These bake the best healthy side for any wrap, salad, or sandwich!
Slice up the sweet potatoes into finger-sized fries. They don't have to be perfect, but try to keep the size fairly consistent, as this will help them cook more evenly. Place the potato slices in a bowl, along with the olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss to coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet, and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
