These Yum Yum Tuna Salad Lunchables are a quick, flavorful, and protein-packed twist on a classic snack box. Creamy yellowfin tuna is mixed with tangy yum yum sauce, light mayo, and a drizzle of Thai sweet chili for a serious flavor boost. This tuna is perfect paired with crunchy multi-seed crackers or fresh veggies and is a simple, no-cook lunch that is both fun and satisfying!
2Tbspyum yum sauce (30g)I used Terry Ho’s Original
1Tbsplight mayo (15g)
1/4cupfinely diced green onions (17g)
1/4tspgarlic salt
Black pepperto taste
2TbspThai sweet chili sauce (30g)I used Mae Ploy
For serving:
14Crunchmaster multi-seed crackers
Optional: cucumbers, carrots, seasoning to top (Furikake, EBTB seasoning, sesame seeds)
Instructions
Drain tuna well. Pat with a paper towel to remove excess water and place in a bowl (or directly into the container you’re using).
Add the yum yum sauce, mayo, green onions, garlic salt and black pepper. Mix with the tuna until well combined. Taste; season with more salt and pepper as needed.
Spread tuna salad even in the bottom of a container or bowl. Spread sweet chili sauce on top. Sprinkle seasoning over top if desired. Serve chilled with crackers and enjoy!
