Juicy steak and crispy potatoes cook together on one pan for a hearty, comforting meal that’s perfect for those nights when you want a satisfying dinner without a sink full of dishes.

To make, add the potatoes and green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Toss until evenly coated, then spread even.

Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and push the vegetables to the sides to make room for the steaks.
