To make, whisk the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.

In the bowl of your Kitchenaid with a paddle attachment, beat the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar together on medium speed until creamed.

Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.

Then add the dry ingredients.

Beat on low, just until the dry ingredients are just mixed in.
