These Easy Peanut Butter Cornflake Bars are an easy treat that are quick and fun to make!

They're made with sweet, crunchy cornflakes combined with creamy peanut butter and topped with a smooth chocolate topping!

Even better, they're naturally sweetened with maple syrup and honey and gluten-free!

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter, maple syrup and honey.

Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until everything is well-combined. Stir in the protein powder if using.

Fold in the corn flakes until they’re all coated.

Then transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

Then pour evenly over top and smooth out with a rubber spatula.
