To make, layer the yogurt and fruit (1 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup mango, 1/4 cup blueberries each) into 4 mason jars or containers.

Add the granola to a separate container or ziploc bag to add to the parfaits when ready to eat (so it stays crunchy!)

Store parfaits in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Granola can be stored in the fridge or at room temperature.
