Meal Prep Cheeseburger Bowls are balanced and light and are so easy to make!

Crunchy lettuce, seasoned ground beef, your favorite burger toppings all tossed in your favorite sauce…they’ll be a lunch you’ll look forward to all week long!

To make, cook beef. In a large skillet, add beef and steak seasoning. Cook on medium heat until browned, breaking into pieces as you go. When done, remove from heat and set aside.

Then, assemble burger bowl. Add shredded lettuce, cheese, red onions, tomatoes, and pickles to a to-go storage container.

If you don’t have a two compartment container, you can either add your beef on the bottom of the container or store it separately.

When ready to eat, just do a little mixing + tossing in dressing. Enjoy!
