These oat bars are out of this world delicious! Soft baked oats with a hint of spice and sweet chocolate crunchy M&M’s in each bite.

Low in fat and packed with protein, these bars are perfect for breakfast, dessert or snack!

To make, preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (except M&M's) together until completely mixed.

In a larger bowl, using a hand mixer or blender, blend egg whites for 10 seconds.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Blend until completely combined.

Add the whole mixture into the baking dish and spread out evenly.

Sprinkle with M&M's.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
