To make, combine the cream cheese, rainbow cake mix, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and stevia in the bowl of a standing mixer on low until smooth.

It will take a couple of minutes. You can also do this in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer.

Taste the batter and add more sweetener if desired.

Fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed in the dip.

Store in the fridge for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving. The longer it sits, the more the flavors come together and the better it is!

For BEST results, I would recommend making a day in advance and letting it set in the fridge overnight. Serve with dippers like animal crackers, frosted animal cookies, pretzels, apples, graham crackers, or cookies!
