Cheeseburger Pie (The EASIEST Dinner!)

This Cheeseburger Pie is filled with hearty beef, grilled onions and cheese, and it comes together quickly and easily on a busy weeknight! The whole family will LOVE it!

To make, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a pie dish with cooking spray. You could also use a 8×8-inch dish here or double the recipe and use a 9×13-inch.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until onions and mushrooms are tender.

Wipe the skillet clean and add the beef. Cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the salt, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.

Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared pie dish and toss around with the onions and mushrooms to evenly distribute. Sprinkle with half the cheese.

In a separate bowl, add the egg, milk and Bisquick. Whisk just until combined. It’s ok if some small lumps remain. Over-mixing can make the texture tough, and we want fluffy!

Pour the batter over beef mixture and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing for a cleaner cut.
