To make, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and grease a large sheet pan. Add the broccoli and toss with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread into an even layer and roast for 12–15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender.

In a small bowl, stir together the honey and Dijon. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the glaze over each salmon fillet, brushing it over the tops and sides.

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on the sheet pan.

Broil for 7–9 minutes, brushing with a little more glaze halfway through, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
