This homemade version is SO easy to make and I love that you can swap for a few healthier alternatives or adjust for allergies as needed.

Plus, you can make as many as you want since they're perfect for storing in the freezer.

To make, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (one that can fit in your freezer). Lay out the slices of bread.

Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter into a circle in the center of half the bread. Then repeat with jelly for the remaining slices.

Put the sandwich together then use a sandwich cutter to press the edges and remove the outer crust.

Place the uncrustables back on the baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.

Once frozen you can pack into individual sandwich bags or put them all into a gallon size bag.
