Tender, juicy steak is seared to perfection and finished with a savory soy-garlic-butter sauce that’s rich and flavorful.

Inspired by classic Japanese steakhouse flavors, this tender steak comes together quickly and pairs perfectly with fried rice, hibachi noodles, or steamed veggies.

To make, cut steak into small, bite-sized pieces and have ready to go.

Whisk the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and minced ginger in a small bowl and set aside.

Add butter and garlic to a wok or large skillet. Heat over medium-high heat.

Once butter has melted, add the steak bites and toss.

Add the sauce, continuing to toss often until all steak is coated.

Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until sauce has cooked down and beef is seared and cooked to liking.

Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
