Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

To make, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the beef, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Press down into an even flat layer in a greased 9×13-inch dish.

Bake for 20 minutes. When done, drain the liquid and set the cooked beef aside.

Meanwhile, make the caramelized onions. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set to medium heat. Add the onions; spray the with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.

Cook, stirring frequently, until starting to brown. Add a tablespoon of water and stir to deglaze the pan and continue cooking. Repeat until onions are browned and cooked to liking.

Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish (wipe down with a paper towel and spray with cooking spray first).

Place the cooked beef on top of the bottom rolls.

Top with the caramelized onions.

Then add layer of cheese slices.

Finally, add the top rolls and brush with melted butter.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted to liking.
